FAQ

What is your style of filming? My films are very cinematic. I am mainly documentary, but will direct if I feel I need to.

What parts of the wedding day do you typically capture and how much input do we have? I try to capture ALL the highlights! I arrive early in the day and begin with detail shots (dress, rings, flowers etc.) and establishing shots of the venue. I typically start shooting people at the tail end of getting ready. I am with you for mostly the entire day and stop filming when I feel I have enough highlights for the video (normally sometime into dancing at reception).

What type of music do you typically use in wedding videos? Music is extremely important and I spend a great deal of time looking for music that I think works well for a wedding highlight film or teaser. Usually I choose instrumental music if I want to use audio from the wedding.

Do we get to choose our music? Yes! I work with you on music selection or choose what I think works best.

Is travel included? Yes! *Within continental US.

Do you use a drone? Yes! *Drone footage must work within timeline, weather, venue, and airspace regulations.

Are you available to meet in person? Yes! Also through Skype/FaceTime, text or email.

How do you capture audio? I use an external recorder that taps into the DJ’s soundboard and records the live feed. I also have my own on camera microphones and lavalier microphone.

What is the timeline for us to receive the final product? Within 30-90 days after the wedding.
